Frequently asked questions

Do I need Pro to use the tools?

No. All eleven tools work without an account. Pro is only needed for the advanced photometric analysis features, batch processing and PDF reports.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe’s billing portal from your account, and cancelling stops the next renewal.

Is there an account for teams?

Subscriptions are per account today. If you need several seats or an enterprise arrangement with API access, get in touch.
